Construction preparation:
1. Clean the debris inside the hole
2. Cut the expansion foam fire retardant module with a tool to meet the size of the penetration
3. The product size can be prefabricated in advance based on complex openings
Construction method:
If there is no through-hole, lay the product flat and stable inside the opening
2. If used for holes with penetrations, measure the size of the opening, cut the appropriate size according to the shape of the hole, or masonry the pre prefabricated module
3. Fill the penetrations with high resilience foam fire retardant modules, and the small gaps can be filled with expansive fire retardant foam caulking agent
4. In the process of construction, the expanded foam fire retardant module can be removed at the changed position, and the product can be reinstalled after the penetration is installed
5. After the masonry is completed, if it is necessary to add a single cable or multiple cables, tools can be directly used to penetrate the expanded foam fire retardant module after drilling, and high resilience foam fire retardant module or expanded foam caulking agent can be used to fill the gap.
